Track Your Order

We want you to know exactly where your order is, every step of the way.

How tracking works

1. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
2. When your order ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking number and a link to track it.
3. Click the tracking link to follow your parcel through to delivery.

When will I get my tracking number?

Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order is dispatched — typically within 1–2 business days of ordering. If you haven't received tracking after 3 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking will show the most up-to-date estimate once your parcel is in transit.

Need help?

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your parcel appears delayed, email support@anthonymaxwell.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
