Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express options, where available, are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary with carrier conditions.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. For orders below that threshold, a flat standard rate is calculated at checkout. Express rates are displayed at checkout.

International shipping

Where available, international destinations and rates are shown at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact support@anthonymaxwell.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
